Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items. To qualify for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order is returned with all its original parts, components, and packaging in its original condition.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is not accepted.
- Products requiring hygiene considerations have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.
- The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
- We will process returns within 7 working days. If the return meets our conditions, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
To initiate the returns process:
- Email us at: support@trendyoz-melbourne.com to obtain the return form.
- Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product (if damaged)
- Your first name and last name
- Your address
- Submit the completed return form and initiate the shipment.
- Update our customer support team at support@trendyoz-melbourne.com with the tracking number of the returned item once the shipment has been initiated.
We will respond with the return address. Do not send the return to the sender's address; we will provide the correct address after you contact us. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Return Rules:
- You may return goods within 14 days after receiving them. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days.
- The choice of delivery logistics is the buyer's responsibility. The logistics method used for customs clearance must be appropriate. If the chosen logistics method is unsuitable for customs clearance, the warehouse may not be able to receive the goods.
Cancellation Policy (TrendyOz)
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from placing the order. As orders are processed automatically, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started, so refunds are not possible before delivery.
To exercise your right of cancellation, inform us (TrendyOz) with a clear declaration (e.g., by email to support@trendyoz-melbourne.com). The cancellation is complete once we receive the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Record for Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may inform us about your cancellation in advance.
To ensure a swift return, please provide us with a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for this repayment.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
